In the section PDF Document folders for (Embed codes like %usr, %sdt, %dat, %tim)
Exactly Where do I put these codes? Like this: Reports\Ledger\General %usr, %sdt %dat, %tim???
Also what are all the codes and what do they mean?
What if I want the batch number to show up in the name of the report? Where do I choose this?
Thank you.
Also, TB does not seem to support ePrint.

Hi bal, Check out these videos for the Adagio ePrint features and the Adagio ePrint webinar to demonstrate how to use the placement codes for PDF paths and file names, and a complete list of available codes. Use the ePrint Options function within a specific report to assign codes to the PDF file name, such as the batch number (range). Adagio Time&Billing does not yet support ePrint, but it will in the next release.

I watched the video and it only mentions the codes. I will check the webinar.
When will TB be out?
I bought ePrint expecting to be able to use it and am extremely disappointed that this module can't use it.

As well, I will point out that the webinar is 50 minutes. It would be a lot simpler if you answered my question here.

Codes allow you to put user, date or data information into the directory name or PDF file name. For example, using %dat inserts today's date, %usr inserts the Adagio user ID, and %bat inserts the batch range. For your specific questions: 1) If you had a general report path of \Reports\Ledger\General\%usr then the saved location for the PDF 'general' reports would be a user-specific folder the same as your login ID. 2) To insert the batch number in the created PDF for a batch listing report, open the batch listing report, click the ePrint Options button at the right, and put %bat at the end of the file name (such as InvoiceBatch%bat.PDF). We are updating versions to automatically put %bat in the PDF file name by default - I don't believe this has happened yet for AP.
The videos show examples of how these are set up. I mention the links because others reading this thread would be interested in the available resources, and to give you a full overview of how ePrint works.
We are currently working on Time&Billing to include this and other features such as Report Sets and Favorite reports. An upgrade for each module needs to be released in order to be compatible with Adagio ePrint, as older versions would not know how to look for ePrint. We have already released ePrint-compatible versions for GL, AR, AP, BR, OE, IC, IN, FX and SR, so we are going as quickly as we can.
We can't give you an ETA for the Time&Billing release as this depends on adding other new features and doing fixes, and what other development is happening at the same time.

Thank you. In fact the webinar gives the codes but does not seem to show the path as clearly as you have. For the others viewing this, you could show the codes here as well so everything is in one place.
Perhaps I should have done my research better but it is still disappointing that TB can not use Eprint. TB has not been updated for a very long time. I hope it is out soon.
Thanks again.

I am trying to use the %BAT in A/R and A/P but it doesn't seem to work.
%PJN does but it is confusing to use %PJN since the user posting the batch can recognize the batch number more readily than the posting sequence number.
