How do you select a customer i.e. (ABC, Inc.) and find out what items they have bought from you over a said period of time? We know how to pull up history of sales orders individually. Is there a way to have a cummulative look at everything a customer has bought?

Not within OrderEntry or Receivables themselves. This is where you need a product that pulls in all the details and allows you to report on them in such a way.

Sales Analysis is such a product, and was designed with this purpose in mind. In our files, it shows that you have the most current version of SA, however, this DOS based product can only be accessed through the ACCPAC Plus Windowing System Manager. It also shows that you have the Beta version of Adagio SalesAnalysis. If so, you should be able to pull the required information from either the DOS product or Adagio SA. Perhaps someone in your Company is already familiar with these options?

FYI, another product that is often used to produce Sales related reports is Crystal Reports for Adagio. It can be used with any Adagio or ACCPAC Plus data, not just for Sales Reports...in this way it is more flexible than SA - however, if you only require sales reports, then you may not need the functionality of a full blown report writing application.

Thought you may also want to know about a newer product called Adagio GridView - if you just want to pull up a quick 'view' of the data at any point of time, without having to do up a report or go into Sales Analysis (although you have the 'online' inquiry there as well)...
