I believe your Dealer has contacted us about this on your behalf.
There was a problem printing picking slips for partially invoiced orders. This has been addressed in a ptf that we have just released (Wednesday), which can be downloaded from our website. You can download it from the End User area. You will need to obtain the password to install the files from your Dealer.
He will also have specific information about how it should get installed if you are running on any WinNT, W2000 or XP stations. It is imperative that the correct procedures be followed.
