If you have installed Adagio Ledger 9.0D Lanpaks or Adagio Inventory V8.1C (110713), you will shortly discover (if you haven't already)that the Financial Reporter in Adagio Ledger stops working.

A change in our database layer installed with both these modules is the cause. The change was made to support some new features planned in future upgrades across the product line. We have frozen the downloads until a fix has been produced and uploaded, at which point this announcement will be revised, and would ask that you discard either of these two downloads if you have them.

Only a few individuals have downloaded these releases. We will post a solution as quickly as possible.

I installed the SysUpdater, launched GL 9.0C, and the FR still stops working and exits. I checked under Help, and the ADS32 version matches the release notes, so I know the install was successful.

Had you accessed the data with Ledger V9.0D? Make sure that you are accessing Ledger 9.0C data with the FR.

The plan is to update the Web on Tuesday...

The GLACCGRP mentioned above in Andrew's post should be GLRPTGRP. Deleting it will allow you back in with GL 9.0C

New installs for Lanpak and Inventory are now available on the web for download.

End user notifications regarding availability should be out shortly.

There is no need to use the SysUpdater if these downloads are used to install the new LanPaks or Inventory Service Pack.

SysUpdater? Do I just go to Downloads and will find that update? Sorry, I just don't have much time to scan the updaters, I am so behind with my July month end report so my priority is to fix all errors as quickly as possible.

I checked the service packs but there's no update for ledger 9.0D yet. My problem again is "Financial Reporter stopped working"
