Just installed Ledger and Payables on Win 7 and getting error message after Adagio login as follows:

Critical error {1305}: unknown OS error accessing EZTASKS file.

Hoping this is an easy fix.

Turn off User Account Control. Reboot workstation. Re-install again, carefully recording any and all messages from the install. Make sure everyone is out of all Adagio modules when you do the install.

If this does not solve the problem, then please return with information about the versions of Adagio you are installing, whether you are installing on a network, and if so what kind.

Hi,

What exactly occurs? Do you receive an error message when you try to open the Financial Reporter? If so, what does it say?

Also, when you are on the main Ledger window, please select Help and About from the menu. What is the version code and release date (date is in yymmdd format to the right of the code)?
