We are running AR 9.0B. Our DataCare returned over 41 errors a few days ago, which can be combined into 2 different actual errors, but for a bunch of customers. Error 1 says: "Customer XXXXXX alert record for uniquifier 0000 is missing summary record". Other errors have the same description, but may go up to 0004. Error number 2 says "Customer XXXXXX alert record for alertkey 000001 is missing function record". This error goes up to 000003.

We've had other problems with our alerts a while ago, which did not seem too crucial, in that one customer would have a single alert, but we would have to click OK multiple times, as the alert kept repeating iteself, in order to open the account. This error still exists, but with our DataCare now reporting multiple errors as listed above, I'm starting to be a bit more concerned!

Thanks. The same problem (or very similar to this) was reported previously to R&D and will be fixed for a future release of Receivables.
