I am using Adagio Sales Analysis...I have used it to download one month or period at a time to make up for the entire year onto a spreadsheet.

There must be an easier method.

Also, is there a method of setting up a default in the system for taxes. For example, we tax our customers on Fertilizer sales under 500 kg. This would mean multiple varieties totalling that amount.

Is there a way in order entry to allow a default that states that if the total sum is less than 500 kg, an automatic tax is calculated.

Yes, there is an easier method in SalesAnalysis. You should add the Amount field as a selected field 12 times, each time changing the Field Title, specifying "MTD" as the Date Range, and changing the Interval from 0 to 11 for each instance. Then when you view the inquiry, choose the ending date. It will put all 12 months side-by-side.

You should post the tax question as a different topic. It's best not to combine two unrelated subjects in one topic (by the way, I don't know that answer to that one)
