I tried to do the Receivables 9.0B upgrade, but I couldn't the window asked me to enter an serial # and install code from a previous version. I did this however now all I can open is Receivables - it won't allow me to do the upgrade to 9.0B and whenever I try to open Ledger or Payables the window opens but then it shuts down again.

If you wanted to upgrade Receivables from an older version to 90B, I suspect you installed the upgrade to the wrong place. The behaviour you noted occurs when installing an Adagio program to a brand new location where it doesn't already exist, using Upgrade installation codes.

What was your prior version of Receivables? 90A, or an earlier version? If earlier, then the prior AR program was stored in a different place.

This issue will likely require your Adagio consultant to assist, as it is too complex to handle on the forum.

Softrak tech support is correct - you didn't pay close attention to which drive Adagio was trying to install the upgrade, and it picked the wrong drive letter. This can happen if the "wrong" drive had previously had Adagio installed to it at some point, maybe years ago.

There is no simple solution for this.
