1. Scan List
How can we delete a Scan List?
I create a List and call it Test, and populate it. Now I want to delete the list. I do not want "Test" to appear at all - how do we delete it?

2. Naming Convention for Importing a Scan List:
I import a scanned list, it is displayed on the Scan List as: Imported by SYS on 8/13/2010 11:32
This is not meaningful. I want the List to be called: No Sales in Last 90 Days
How can we rename the List?

Hello Sam:
On the "Scan Citeria" entry form, there are several buttons in the "Saved Criteria" box. Use "Delete" to remove an old Scan and "Save As" to save a Scan under a different name (then delete the one with the meaningless name).

On the Scan List window, click Scan. Select the scan list you want to delete to display in the Saved Criteria field. Click the Delete button. You'll be asked if you really want to delete the list. Say yes.

You can import the Scan criteria description by defaulting the 'Description' field. You might also default the User if the results of this scan are to be used by a particular user only.
