Hi All,

Adagio, all recent versions at service packs.

Client has restored data into 'restore' folder for data recovery. Restored data is fully accessible from the server - no issues found. From each workstation, it acts as if there are no rights to the folder. Users get the following error:

"Unable to Open Data file OE ORder History HEader (1213)"

But when I run Adagio directly from the server with this data - there are no errors.

The users at the workstation level can still access the current (non-restored) data with no problems.

And they can access the restored data if it is saved on their local PC with no problem.

I am at a loss. I ran the sysupdater on the server, but nothing seems to work. Everything points to security, but even when I rename the restored data to become the live DATA folder, the error exists.

I have checked 'read-only' and other type settings and nothing appears the be wrong.

Any ideas out there.

Error found - it seems the restored created some sort of phantom file lock. Copying it to a local PC and back to the server fixed it.

Weird...
