After complete restore of data folder, things seem to be going well, but when trying to print any of the 'Purchase Order' group of reports from IR gives the following error:

"Add Node:: List Index out of bounds (260)"

Error repeats with 260 increasing one at a time until it becomes a 551

When printing the same reports from the old, replaced data, there are no errors

Transaction and Inventory Receipts reports seem to work.

Both data folders have the same number of IR*.* files so it doesn't appear to be any temp folders. Any Ideas?

Try replacing the following files using the ones from the old, replaced dataset:
-IRPRNT'R, IRPRNT'I
-IRPRNTOP

The Data Dictionary Exporter says they are, respectively, "Print Doc options" and "Print Order options". I'm not certain it will help but it's a starting point.

I’ve seen “out of index” errors before on printing that have had to do with windows printer driver setup. Try printing the reports to a different printer (download CutePDF if they have only the 1 printer) to see if you get the same error. I’ve previously corrected "out of index" print errors by removing the printer from windows and reinstalling.
