I received an error message on my GL Cash account "Damaged Data Computed balance of $311,761.97 does not equal stored balance of $273,061.70." The correct cash balance should be $273,061.70 and is property reflected in the Cash Account Totals.
I ran an itegrity check and everything was good. It did not idicate a corrupt file. I had a backup of this file, so I use the backup and posted the batches, the results came out the same. Should I simply ignore it? This is a large file, and I DO NOT want to re-enter the batches. Unless, maybe I can export the unposted batch and set up a new company to receive the batches.
How can I export a batch to another company?
