I'm having difficulty posting a GL batch to the prior year. The complete batch is being created as a new error batch, yet the batch shows 0 errors found. The company profile has been checked to enable prior year posting.
Where can I look to solve my problem?

Does the prior fiscal year have closed periods?

Print preview the prior year posting journal, and the Error Posting Journal should list the reason(s) for why an entry was not able to be posted.

Yes, there were some closed periods. We opened the period and made sure the period on our batch matched the open period and we posted it successfully. Thank you
