I am on a pre-paid plan and I am unable to view past webinars.

On the left under User Login, it states I am logged in, yet when I select the webinar I want to view, I am required to log in again.

When I log in again, this is what I see

I followed the same steps with our forum password to log in - I was able to click the Play Video icon and this launched Windows Media Player and started the webinar. There wasn't a second log in required.

Perhaps there are security settings on your internet browser preventing access? Maybe you need to ensure you have the current version of Windows Media Player?

Are you able to access the 'free' recorded session, above the login area? If so then the login isn't working and if not then your web browser or environment is getting in the way.

I am not able to view the 'free' recorded sessions, but I was able to save them and view them from the location I saved them on my computer.
When I click the Play Video icon for the 'free' sessions, this gives me an error tab "Internet Explorer is unable to display..."
