Have you run a data integrity check? Is the integrity coming out clean or are there errors? If errors, make sure you have an up-to-date backup and rebuild them.
Do you have a backup of the data from prior to the posting? If so, you may need to restore this backup (which is best done with the assistance of your Adagio consultant). That, or you may need to reimport/rekey the batch and post it again.
This sounds like it may have occurred due to some sort of system glitch. Have you experienced any other errors or problems of late? It worthwhile keeping an eye on it.
On another note, I notice you are referring to the original release of GL8.1A and there have been two subsequent releases of the product. I notice you are on an upgrades plan and may want to have the latest release of GL8.1A installed.
