In OE when we run the integrity check and a rebuild we are told "Item line must be manually corrected for document 0 5897" How do we manually correct this? In Inventory we are told "BOM Master Item MISFORD, BOM 1, line 1 should be changed or deleted" How do we change or delete this? Lastly, In Inventory we have one item which we are told " quantity of lost sales LY is below zero, must be corrected manually." How is this done?We would like to fix these things so that when we do an integrity check it will only show any current errors.

Hi Sammy,

1) Was an item deleted but still exists on this order? Edit order 5897 and you probably have to edit or delete the item referenced.

2) In Inventory, edit the Bill of Material for item 'MISFORD' and BOM number 1, and for the first line, edit it or delte it. Perhaps this also is a reference to an item number that was deleted.

3) In Inventory, edit the Sales History for that item. This can be found from the Edit menu and Item Maintenance sub-menu. You will see a negative value for the field Qty lost LY', and you need to change it to zero or some other value as you deem correct.
