We just recently purchased our first dell computer and are having issues with the print sizing for invoices, delivery slips, quotes etc. in Adagio only. The font is slightly different and cut offs some of the doument or is missing a line or two. I have had both our Adagio consultant or our IT consultant look at it and neither have been able to figure out the issue. They have been changing print drivers etc but nothing seems to be resolving. All the other computers are fine using the same printing specification. Has anyone run into this issue?

If the issue is that the information on the spec is too far to one side and/or up or down, the problem may be the Windows Regional 'unicode' settings is different on this computer as compared to the other workstations and more importantly, different to the workstation on which the spec was created.

In the Windows Regional Settings, look at the Advanced tab (XP) and try changing the setting from English (Canada) to English (USA), or vice versa. This setting apparently gets saved on specs in some way and if different than what is on the workstation, left and top margin mis-alignment could occur.
