You're on the right track.
For whatever reason, the Company Profile thinks there should be posting journals within the range shown on the Print Posting Journal window but the file doesn't contain the information. Perhaps the file was renamed or deleted or something.
Enter another cash batch as you did being and post it.
However, 'do not print' the posting journal right away. Instead, go to the Post menu and select to Print the Cash Posting Journal from there. Ensure that the full range of posting journal sequences is displayed (those that the system 'thinks' are there plus the one you just posted). Print this range and clear the journal(s) after. Your problem should be resolved.
