For some reason a client can't unhide her A & B columns in financial reporter. The upper left corner unhide doesn't work to unhide any of the hidden columns. The shift-click technique did work to unhide hidden columns between C & J. Since she can't see column A she can't remove .Smartsheet in A1. Any suggestions?

Select the whole sheet by clicking in the top left intersection of the row and column heading area. Then select "format columns unhide" and format column autofit. Aldo make sure that they slider at the bottom right is all the way to the left (in case the sheet has just scrolled to the right).
