I notice that when we run our daily DataCare backup job that it is not only putting a copy of the zip file in C:\BackUp as I have it set to in DataCare/File/BackUp/BackUp Options. It is also leaving a copy of the zip file in I:\Data. I don't think we really need a duplicate copy of every back up stored in I:\data. Is there a way to have the zip file only go to C:\BackUp and not to I:\Data?

Hi Susan,

In the DataCare company profile on the Backup tab, there are 2 backup directories, the main one and the copy. Remove the copy and set the main backup to the location you require.
