We are having problem faxing invoices in OE. It often hangs after a handful of faxes has gone thru. A new modem was put in last month in April and faxing was doing fine for a while.

Of the Fax Status box showing while faxing, the Error Control is Off. How do you turn the conrol on if that would help to ontrol error?

Can we fax without using Softfax? We are thinking using outside fax services.

Often hangs... this is usually a hardware issue. I have found that only a good commercial moden, such as a Multitech, will successfully send out a batch of faxes.

What make and model of modem did you purchase?

Softfax is the built in fax driver. You have use others but then you would have to print to a printer, the printer being the fax driver you wish to use. The next problem is then how to pass on the fax number to your fax printer driver. Bottom line is that it will be much easier to use the process built into Adagio.
