I'm trying to close the FY in GL 9 and it is prompting me to clear the batch status report. I am printing for 2008 and clearing at the prompt -- but it is not clearing. So we are stuck.

The batches in the report are all "In Error" batches. There are (of course) no open batches in the 2008 batch menu.

Any ideas?????

Hi, Carol,

I responded to your email earlier that you need to install the GL9.0A(080704) hotfix, do a backup, DIC and rebuild. And, I see from your the email you sent me back this fixed things up for you.
