We have moved most of our customers from USPS paper invoices to email invoices - thank you Adagio!

I have one customer (east coast) that reports a problem with the timestamp of our emailed invoices. We email our invoices around 3:30pm pacific time daily, he says that the timestamp on the email in his received folder is early in the morning. This means they go way back on his received email queue and he sometimes misses them in the shuffle.

I have sent email invoices to myself - no time issues. Also, no other customer has called in with a problem.

Just wanted to compare notes with everyone.

Hi Robert,

I've run into a situation when the time on a received email was incorrect by exactly one hour, when I 'sent an email to myself'. I don't know if the email system file was one in general release or one that was in the middle of being updated by development. I believe it happened around the daylight savings change, between the date when it was 'supposed to happen' and 'the new daylight savings date', so that may also have had an influence.

I haven't heard of this before happening with a shipping release of an Adagio program.

See if the customer is using Firefox and the time is off by the difference from GMT.

Apparently the above Firefox scenario was known if the sending method of the email from Adagio was Direct. Using MAPI had no such problem.

What is the version/date of your ssimail.dll that is in the \softrak\system directory? The most recent one should address this better.
