When I try to run statements for the past few months I get an error message "Interest charges have not been run. Do you want to continue" This started a few months ago out of the blue. Why

Hello Kevin,

Do you charge interest?

If you do not, turn off the option in the Company Profile.

Hello Kevin,

Did you post the Interest batch?

When you post the interest batch, the statistics for ‘Last Int Charge Date’ and ‘Last Int Batch #’ on the Billing Cycle are updated.

The nag message appears until these statistics are updated.

Hello Kevin,

Yes, you can. There are 2 ways to check:

1. You can view the Interest statistics for the Billing Cycle by adding these statistics to the columns displayed in the list of Billing Cycles. (Open the column editor to add new columns.)

2. You can print the Billing Cycle report.

Hello Kevin,

The text file is empty.

When you print the report, is there a Billing Cycle that has not been updated.

If there is, you need to create an interest batch for that Billing Cycle and post it to update the statistics.
