year end was oct 31 and i just finished inputting the accountants year end entries into batch. i closed out the income statement accounts and i went down the list and completed what it said to close the current year.

i have printed the batch status report and i cleared it but it is not clearing and won't let me proceed.
there is 6 batches that were archived from when we switched our data from accpac dos to adagio.

how do i complete this close the current fiscal year end.

every time i go into batch status report...it show batch 3 to 33 and i print it out and it says clear and i say yes, i go back to close current year and it won't let me progress on......why not. what am i doing wrong.

Are you using Ledger 9.0A? If so, what is the release date? You can get this information by selecting Help then About from the main menu. It is very useful for us to know this information to be able to help you.

If you are using Ledger 9.0A with a release date of 080402 or earlier, it sounds like you need the hotfix. This was released after to resolve a batch status problem that occurs under certain circumstances only. Please contact your Adagio dealer / consultant and they will help you.
