We recently started using a US Post Office shipping program, Endicia. This program constantly monitors the windows clipboard for complete addresses in text form. If it finds an address, it copies it to the address fields in Endicia. The address can be in the form:
John Doe
123 Main St.
Anytown, CA
95555
The address can vary and have the zip code on the same line as the state or be a foreign address with the country as the last line.
I can't find any place in OE where the address lines can be multi-selected and copied to the clipboard. One line at a time can be copied and pasted into Endicia which is too slow.
Any ideas?

This program does exactly what you want, and a lot more. It costs $50 and is well worth it.

Hello Steve,

You are correct. I downloaded the trial version of their program and it takes the address info in as text and it was then recognized by Endicia as an address. In SnagIt, the info can be edited before going to the clipboard if necessary.

Many Thanks,

Rick
