Hello Tech Support,
My client is attempting to set up emailing from Invoices. The test email is sent without error, but when a real invoice is sent by email the process does not complete. Instead, an error message is displayed stating: "GetFontData error".
Can you help us resolve this problem? She is using Invoices 8.1A (070921).

We haven't heard of this error before.

Does emailing work with a different (sample) spec? Perhaps there is an unsupported font or corruption in the spec being used for emailing?

Does this error occur for all users/workstations attempting to email with this spec or just some? In case something with the workstation (ie installed fonts) is related.
