I need to know the name for the User Group file. I cannot see the entire User Group list in none of any of the programs and also where it's supposed to be kept (into the database or into some program list).

Am I supposed to be able to view the Group set Up list like the User set Up list when I'm setting the security the first time for a new software?

When I installed my new software the User set up list was available but not the Group set up list.

When accessing Adagio data for the first time, the Group files will be blank. You have to create the security Groups for the company, and for each program within the company (there are separate groups for Ledger, Payables, Receivables and so on). You can access this from the File menu and Group Setup.

If you maintain multiple companies that have the same (or similar) security rights, you can copy the security group files from one company to another - when you know which files to copy and where, which you now do...
