Hi Victor
Having just done exactly this for a client yesterday, I can tell you that you will need access to ACCPAC Plus and Inventory Receipts (DOS), which is database compatible with POA. However, the data will have to have been initially created in IR.
IR has an import function which works well for sundry items. I would recommend creating one sundry item, exporting it with every field checked off, and using it as a template to build an import file. The date formats are tricky, and make sure not to use a quote (") in an item description if you are going to use CSV as your import format.
Actually, I used Zippy Import to import into IR. If you know how to use Zippy Import, it's much easier.
If you didn't create the data in IR (DOS), you can create a new database in IR, using the same item format, import into this new database, and then copy the IRITEM*.xxx files to the POA database.
I can assure you that there are no integrity issues when using IR to import sundry items.
