Andrew's reason is the most likely cause. Or the table could be OK and the report file itself is out of synch. Do you have a \softrak\icwin\modrp directory with any reports?
Another possible reason is uncleared temporary files - try cleaning those out of Windows.
Did this just start happening or has there always been a problem? When did you last install an Adagio IC upgrade?
What selections are on the report?
Does your IC data pass an Integrity Check?
