I downloaded the latest service pack for Adagio Ledger, now only one person at a time can enter the program.

When you run Ledger 9, select Help | About from the main menu. At the bottom of this screen, how many licenses does it tell you are available? For example, does it say '1' only or does it say '1 of 15 in use' or similar?

It says 1 of 15. Everytime we access Ledger this message appears "Adagio Ledger 9.0A needs to convert data for this service pack"

When the second person tries to access Ledger, what message is displayed that prevents their access? If Adagio Ledger is installed on your workstations rather than on the server, have you verified that the service pack was installed on every worstation?

Please reinstall the Service Pack. The repeating conversion message is an indication that the new program was installed but that the new dictionaries were not.

There is a data conversion with this Service Pack. We added a sort 'by department' in View Transaction/Budgets. After the conversion, the data is updated. This file is added: GLNUMB'3.ext.

The Dicts in the Softrak\Dict directory should be:

The Ledger.exe in Softrak\Ledger should be dated 2008/03/11.
