I've been with Accpac for many years (beta tested OE and IC 1.0 on North Star hardware in '81), and installed several Adagio products last month - nice programs Andrew, and I'm well into the learning curve (not too bad).

I created an Excel spreadsheet (saving it in an older compatible version to Adagio imports). It imported fine - but truncated at about fifty characters. I can manually edit the item and add the required characters. I don't care to do that for three thousand items.

Is this a known issue, or perhaps I did something wrong in my new working environment. When other users have quit the programs today I'm going to try a psv format to see if that works.

There is a known issue with Excel truncating fields.

Widen the field in your Excel spreadsheet and try, try again.
