We are running a customer number changer program as an add-on to Adagio. Twice now, we have had an error where the number changer program changes a customer number that was not the number requested. We then have to revert to our backup file (hooray for backups!) which is a time consuming process. Is anyone else running this program? Any problems?

Can you please email info@aiminsight.com with your problem? When you send over the information can you include the version of Customer Number Change you are using and the version of adagio you are using.
