Users of Adagio DataCare and BankRec may get errors when attempting to use the Help file because these applications use Compiled (CHM) help format, and a Windows security patch affects loading CHM files from a network drive. Loading locally stored CHM files works OK, and one solution is to copy CHM help files to a local workstation.
