I have installed linXship. It does most of what Victor is looking for. It writes back into OE the shipping charges (marked up if you want), the tracking numbers, and the freight company (I think although nobody ever asked for this - it's in the Ship Via field). LinXship and Adagio integrate more elegantly than almost any other add-on I have seen - it's seamless. It's also extremely affordable for the efficiency it brings end users. On the other hand, the initial installation and setup is painful.
LinXship does not write back the quantities picked/shipped and never will - remember that UPS and FedEx do not care about item details, only the weight, number of cartons and carton size. For this you will need a solution similar to one that MJD Software provided for ACCPAC Plus. I don't believe that they offer such a solution for Adagio; however if you are looking to spend money on customization I would try them in addition to Bravo. MJD Software has the experience, Bravo will probably have more interest in writing Adagio add-ons.
