You said you tried "all the tests above" with the new QRWIN, but only quoted the last response. I gave the first response, and another support technician gave the second, as we did not know the other was responding to your issue at the same time!
One of my suggestions was to remove the existing phone and fax fields from your original report (using the new 6.2B version of QRWIN). Then you must do a verify database procedure until QRWIN gives the message "report now up to date" (you access the Verify Database option from the Database toolbar menu in QRWIN), save the report, then preview it to see if this gives you the desired results. You MUST perform the above procedures for your report to update properly in this instance.
Please follow the above steps or confirm that you have done so.
If this still does not work (it should), then I would suggest rewriting the report in the new version. If this is not acceptable to you, you should either sign up on a technical support plan (you can email our Customer Service Department to do this) or contact your Dealer to have him take a copy of your data and test with his current release of QRWIN. If your Dealer is a Softrak Partner, they can obtain technical support on your behalf, and send us the data so we can investigate this further.
