The only issue we are aware of with AR phone/fax numbers has to do with reports having been created when these fields were formatted one way, and then after someone has changed this option in AR to edit the way these fields are formatted, the report no longer shows these fields.

For example, if the report was created when the AR option was set to 'formatted' ph/fax numbers all is ok and the reports print fine. One day, someone decides to change the option in AR to be 'unformatted' ph/fax numbers, and then the fields do not show up at all.

The solution for QRW reports is to remove the phone and fax number fields from the report and re-insert them, then save the report. Keep AR consistent and this should not happen again.

Also, you MUST not keep switching between the old and new version of QRWIN. Keep only one version installed to get consistent results.

As well, if anyone is in AR at the time the report is being created, edited or printed, this could cause certain fields to not be accessible during the retrieving of the data for the report. You can test this simply be having everyone exit out of AR while you print the report.
