So far we've been unable to duplicate this issue using Windows 10 Anniversary but we are continuing to look at it.

Two things:

- From the w/s experiencing the problem, are you able to email successfully using the Test button? What exactly happens?

- Again from the w/s experiencing the problem, please either select Help | System Status from the main menu in a module 'or' drill down to the Softrak\System folder on the server and run ChkSys.exe, create an Adagio Snapshot (button in upper left corner of window begins this process) and email it to support@softrak.com.
