This is not Kate....for some reason when logging into the forum from our office, it automatically logs me in as Kate. Perhaps this is something that needs to be addressed?

In any event, it's Karen from Benco, and Kate was questioning the forum on our behalf. I have restored the batches manually into Job Cost. However, another problem we're having is with the Job Status Report. "OTHER CHGS" does not reflect the actual charges, and always shows a "o" value. Can you tell me what needs to be done to fix this?
