Seems like you have to load one module’s data at a time and if you try to access MC or ePrint Cloud Adagio no longer sees the data for any module. For each module you get a message “There is no sample data for this application…”
We are working on the MC/ePrint Refreshing problem with SampleData, next update to Adagio Manager will address it.

When Service Packs and Hot Fixes are available will they automatical ly show up in the list of ‘Available applications’? Service Packs and Upgrades
YES, however Softrak will install the HotFix if needed for a particular client.

Automatically or upon request? Upon request.

We see our Z drive (network shared drive). I thought this wasn’t possible.
You have access to two local Drives C & Z. Some clients may want to have a Shared Drive Z: to backup files or even save PDFs.
This was the reason for adding another Drive from your Local Machine. How would you reassign the drive letter? I don’t know why this question is directed at me.

If you want users to be able to map drive Z between Adagio Cloud and their local environment (some local shared folder I assume), you need to tell us how this is going to work. We already have a drive Z mapped to our storage drive.
I meant to say, does having 2 drives offer enough flexibility to Save Data or PDFs to user’s Local drive C: or Z: (shows up only if mapped )
If this is going to confuse the users then we can restrict access to just drive C:

How to access the zip backups if they are on the Cloud Adagio drive? How do we restore a zip backup? How to restore one module out of a complete database backup? If I want to retrieve last week’s backup for testing, how do I do that? An update to Adagio Manager that will address most if not all of these issues.
Backups will be available for your retrieval: 5 most recents days and 5 most recent weeks. You didn’t really answer my questions. In fact it looks like the only restore option would be the entire database. I would prefer to see 7 to 10 days and being able to restore a single module in a database is mandatory (IMHO).
Thank you for your suggestion, we will change our backup policy to retain 10 most recent daily and 5 weekly backups.

Though Admin can access the data when we log in as users we can see the companies and module icon but get an error message that no data exists.
The users must be “Paired” with Adagio in Admin-Manager. Only the modules that have data will show up In the user’s profile. Sorry I can’t connect your response to my question.

Pairing? Any users created via existing Adagio Modules will not register in Adagio Manager properly - users may experience Sign-On problems when trying to access data. The User Setup Maintenance function in AM is created to "pair" Adagio 3-digit UserID with Windows Login UserName. Password for the users must also be changed through AM Users Maintenace instead of Adagio Module

The second sentence in your response is not true. Users can see module icons when no data exists.

Please eMail the details of the User that is experiencing this behavior.
Admin account sees all of the Module Shortcuts for each of the companies but users should only see the shortcut for which their data exists.
When a brand new company is created but not yet populated with data in AM, the Admin will see it under Live Data, but none of the users will see any Icons for this company until data has been either created or uploaded.

I would like to see this, if you would allow us to shadow a session where this happens?
