Thanks for the clarifications. In response:
The confusion over drive Z is that we already had this drive for another purpose and I wasn't expecting Cloud Adagio to see it. I now understand the purpose of drive Z in Cloud Adagio so we will reconfigure our network accordingly.
Do you think a different drive letter would be a better choice? This would be a global setting for all users.
If the drive letter isn't mapped then Adagio Cloud will not see it. However, most users do have C: and that will be visible.
You still haven't addressed my concern about restoring a single module (AR is corrupted and I only want to restore AR rather than the entire database).
My apology for missing this. Shipping version of Adagio Manager will allow you this functionality - Ability to pick your backup and within that pick your module to restore. This will delete only the selected Module's data and replace it from the chosen backup.
"Users can see module icons when no data exists" I'll have to see if I can recreate this state within Cloud Adagio. It occurred when I incorrectly uploaded our database and it ended up in the wrong folder. User could then log in, see the module icons, but not access the data (as it was in the wrong folder). Now that the data is in the right folder the problem has gone away. Unfortunately I will not have time to recreate this in the near future as I'm going to be away next week.
That may have caused it.
