Was just in the process of responding to you earlier. The Print Engine Not Found error is a good indication that the server:\softrak\System\Win32\crpe32.dll is missing.

Basically, you pretty much did what we call a clean (although not quite reinstall and that's what resolved the problem for you.

P.S. Pretty sure your Adagio consultant is a 'he' and he's a good consultant too.
