Last week we updated all of our modules, I've shown the updates in my mail box in the attached file 'screen shot 2'. All modules were installed in the order in which we received the updates. Since then, we receive the error shown in 'screen shot 1' whenever trying to print the aged orders report in order entry. The other reports in OE don't respond at all. The other modules seem to be fine, I suspect this is because they no longer use the same reporting software. Clients are running windows 7 pro and windows 8.1 pro. Server is running Microsoft server 2003. I've tried re-installing the order entry update as well as crystal reports from the x:\softrak\system\cr_installcommon directory. Reverting order entry to it's previous version did not solve the issue either. Data integrity check comes back with no errors. I did not notice any errors during any of the installs. Hopefully someone can help resolve this before we have to run our mid-month reports.
