1) There's one other report I'd like you to try please. Would you select File | User Preferences and print/preview the Listing? Let me know if there is any error received with this report and, if so, exactly what it is.

2) Then, would you select Help | System Status from the main Ledger menu. Select the Proceed button and, on the next screen in the upper right corner, select the System Snapshot button. At the top of this next screen, you'll see the data path and file name of the zip file that will be created. Select the Take Snapshot button. This will produce a zip file that can easily be attached to an email you can address to Support@Softrak.com. The information should provide us with more detail as to what occurred during the install process there.
