Yesterday everything worked fine. Today was fine until 11:00 am. In OE Alison went in to Edit Customer and changed the bill to street from Belmont to Anderson on a particular customer. She also added a ship to address to Princess Street. Then she created a new order for this customer in OE and the new ship to address came up correctly, however the bill to address came up with the old bill to on Belmont. If she goes in to Edit Customer, it still says bill to Belmont as well. She cannot refresh her computer to view the changes, however, everyone else can create an order, edit, view the customer and the bill to says Anderson. Even if she opens AR, she is still seeing the old bill to information. Everything else on her system is working fine. She is connected to the network and working normally with no errors.
We disconnected her mapped drive from the server and reconnected it and it's all good now which would indicate that this is some sort of network problem. It seems to send info out to the network but is not receiving info back. We are narrowing down the problem and resolving it now.
