I have one user who's AR does not refresh. For example, if she edits a customer's name, other users will see the customer with their new name, but on her computer, it still shows up under the old name. We tried closing all her Adagio programs and re-opening and still, it shows the old customer name on her computer. I've never seen this before. We've noticed the problem for a couple of weeks. Any ideas? We are using AR 9.1A (130606).
