You should come to the Adagio Opportunity Conference and discuss moving off Virtual Vendor to Webtelligence from North49 who will be there. They have done this move for several Adagio sites, so would be able to tell you what is involved.

Webtelligence supports remote data entry and payments from Android/iOS tablet devices as well, which might be very useful given the nature of your business.
