This was first reported to us yesterday on a different forum thread, and the problem is related to the missing file missing on the workstation. The desired resolution will be to run the PO workstation setup on all workstations that email from Adagio in order to copy the correct 32-bit or-64-bit version of this file to the correct location, but as you can see from this thread, we are still investigating whether this is doing what it should.
