Payables user called to report that their Payables 8.1E asked them if they wanted to update something (they are hazy on this). They answered no. Now they cannot get into Payables. They get warning box, "Corrupt Install Configuration". It is a "Reports Table Drive configuration" and the user is told to re-install Payables.

Before he does that, what's going on?
