1. There were no changes prior to the error showing up.
2. The version is the same before the error appeared 9.1A.
3. All other workstations is having the issue.
4. No terminal server in use.
5. All workstations connected to the server via LAN.
Description of the incident just received.
On Friday midday the first issue was reported, when users attempted to open the ledger it said a file at the path M:\softrack\ledger cannot be access. The IT Technician thought that maybe a file or files were corrupted. So he did a restore of the ledger folder from the previous night’s backup. After the restore the Ledger module opened and seemed to be running fine until a user tries to preview or print a report.
